Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information or delivery updates through the contact details provided with your order.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Damaged or Leaking Orders
We carefully pack every Ayvlyn order before dispatch. However, if your package arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or otherwise compromised, please follow these steps immediately:
- Take clear photos/videos of the package and the damaged product immediately upon receiving it.
- Do not dispose of the damaged product or packaging.

- Provide your order number along with the photos/videos of the damage.
Our team will assess the issue. If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during delivery or before you received the product, we will arrange a replacement according to our assessment.
Please report any damage as soon as you receive your order. Claims made without photographic/video evidence may not be eligible for replacement.
